If you overdose, get emergency medical assistance right away. Some of the symptoms of an Adalat overdose include weakness, dizziness, chest pain, fainting, shortness of breath, slow or fast heartbeat, slurred speech, confusion and coma.

Possible Side Effects of Generic Adalat

There are some side effects which are associated with the use of Adalat or nifedipine including headache, fatigue, flushing, vivid or abnormal dreams, insomnia, constipation, nausea, and increased urination. These are temporary side effects which should go away on their own; however if they do not or if they intensify or you start experiencing more serious side effects or an allergic reaction, contact your doctor at once or get emergency medical assistance.
